Security

Were fixed XSS/LFI vulnerabilities but is recommended to use ModSecurity or something similar.

Admin

Check polls with comments (255 chars), daily report (how many tickets were answered, open for your staff of the last 30 days).


For end users

Link for taking polls for closed tickets, text field for comments (polls) , the link for taking polls were secured.

Email, department and subject validation before of submiting an ticket from tickets.php thanks to Jquery.
