How to improve brain power?
Im only 16 and i found out humans brain die at 21, there is no plateau and we just start dieing at 21. Sooo...what should i do? i want to be able to think quicker, smarter, and a strong mind to fight temptations or being able to take the SATs 3 times. I also have ADHD which makes things worse...but i found out, ADHD kids that twitch and shake their legs use that as a way adults would use caffeine to focus. Like our leg shaking is our natural med to focus. I've never tried the meds presicrbed by doctors cause i think taking meds are not good, and i should fight it idk like the flu, if its an epidemic ill take some meds. so again what should i do? play brain age on the DS? play sudoku? learn a new language...( learning spanish, and im korean and im in the Us so i already am kinda learning two at the same time. )..of course going to school. anything im missing?

Hi my name is jessi. This year has been a wonderful year in spanish class. I have learned many things that will help me learn spanish. This course has taught me how to talk to people of different cultures. I have enjoyed being in this class. I have a wonderful teacher named Mrs. Davis. She has taught us many great lessons that have enabled us to learn this language. Learning spanish has become very important to me and it has helped me want to learn it more. I have enjoyed being in this class and i will miss my teacher and everyone very much.

just like the music you hear in Mexican restaurants isn't all that Spanish music has to offer, I'm positive there is some catchy fun Italian music out there! I am completely new to Italian. I've studied Spanish all my life and I'm ready to move on to another language. Learning Spanish was fun for me because I found cool music to listen to. Italians out there, or simply those of you who are passionate about the culture, who are some good artists for me to listen to? or some songs in general? any suggestions would be welcome, I'm new to this!
